WARRANTY

Under normal conditions of use, HBC saddles have a 2-year warranty, which includes the frame and the stirrup bars. To activate the guarantee of the HBC Saddles that are published on this website and that are marketed through E-cuestre.com or by any of our authorized distributors around the world; We ask that you please send us an e-mail to [email protected], with the client's full name and the serial number that is engraved on the frame and later we will contact you to validate and confirm the activation of the guarantee of the product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by breakage, wear or accidents due to improper or inadequate use. Furthermore, the warranty is void if structural or essential parts of the saddle are manipulated or modified (including frame, panel, gallets and stirrups). HBC declines any liability if the girths or stirrup leathers break or wear out, or if their replacement was not done prior to an incident. For this reason and for your safety, we recommend our customers to use saddle accessories of good quality, to check them periodically and to replace them if necessary after using for a certain period of time.
